| 摘 要： | 目的 回顾性分析广泛期小细胞肺癌患者转移状态对其生存的影响,以指导预后评估.方法 2003 年1 月至2008 年12 月收治134 例广泛期小细胞肺癌患者,采用Kaplan-Meier法及Cox回归模式来分析患者一般情况、局部受侵情况、远处转移部位、多器官联合转移状态、转移病灶数目等因素与生存的关系.结果 单因素、多因素生存分析远处转移部位与生存密切相关:肝、骨髓转移者生存期最短,中位生存期5个月;而肺转移者中位生存期最长8个月,统计学分析有明显差异(P＜0.05);患者一般情况如性别、年龄、一般状况评分、局部受侵情况如有无胸水、心包积液及上腔静脉压迫综合征等及多器官联合转移状态、转移病灶数目等因素与生存期无关(P>0 05).结论 本组病例显示远处转移部位与广泛期小细胞肺癌患者生存相关.
