摘    要:目的 探讨吸入一氧化氮(NO)对婴幼儿体外循环手术中细胞因子变化的影响及意义.方法 室间隔缺损的婴幼儿30例随机分为对照组和NO组,NO组在体外循环期间吸人40×10-6NO直至关胸.在体外循环前、主动脉开放后1、3、5、10 min分别取右上肺静脉血和右心房血测定TNF-α、IL-8、IL-10.结果 NO组IL-10水平较对照组增高(P<0.01),TNF-α、IL-8则较对照组明显降低(P<0.05).结论 NO能抑制炎症性细胞因子,促进抗炎细胞因子的活性,故可减轻体外循环并发症.

The impact and significance of inhale nitric oxide on the changes of cytokine during cardiopulmonary bypass in infants
Abstract:Objective To investigate the impact of inhahng nitric oxide (NO) on the changes of cytokine during cardiopulmo-nary bypass in infants. Methods Thirty infants with VSD were randomly divided into two groups: NO group and control group. Thepatients of NO group inhaled 40×10-6 NO during CPB. The change of TNF-α, I1-,-8, IL-10 were observed before CPB, at 1, 3, 5,10 min after aortic declamping. Results The values of TNF-α,IL-8 decreased significantly(P<0.05), and the values of IL-10 in-creased(P<0.01)in NO group. Conclusion iNO can inhibit the activation of inflammatory facts (TNF-α, IL-8 ),and promote theactivation of anti-inflammatory facts (IL-10). The use of NO may reduce the complication of CPB can be reduced by clinical means.
