| 摘 要： | 目的：研究卡介苗(BCG)和顺铂(DDP)预防膀胱癌术后复发的疗效。方法：对62例浅表性膀胱癌患者作膀胱部分切除术，术后用卡介苗120mg和顺铂40mg作每周交替膀胱灌注，各12次后改每二月灌注一次，持续二年。结果：随访6年平均3．2年，复发率为8％。结论：卡介苗和顺铂交替灌注可以有效地减少膀胱癌的复发。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the clinical results of intravesical instillation with BCG and DDP for the prevention of postoperative recurrence of bladder cancer. Method:Partial cystectomy has been carried out for 62 cases of superficial bladder tumor.All patients received intravesical instillation of 120mg BCG or 40mg DDP in turn once a week postoperatively,and persisted for 12 weeks. Then intravesical instillation was performed every 2 months persisted for 2 years. Result:All patients have been followed up for 1.5 to 6 years,The recurrent rate was 8%.Conclusion:Intravesical instillation of BCG and DDP in turn are offactuo for reducing the postoperative recurrence rate of bladder tumor. |
