心脉宁胶囊对血液流变学的影响

目的 :探讨心脉宁胶囊对血小板聚集、血液黏度和血栓形成的影响。方法 :家兔 7只 ,颈动脉放血 ,观察不同浓度的心脉宁及给药后不同时间点血小板聚集和聚集抑制百分率 ;SD大鼠 2 4只 ,用不同浓度的心脉宁灌胃 ,于颈动脉放血测量血液黏度 ;SD大鼠 30只 ,用不同浓度的心脉宁灌胃 ,于颈内静脉置丝线后对丝线上形成的血栓称重。结果 :不同浓度的心脉宁对家兔血小板聚集均有抑制作用。随心脉宁浓度的增加 ,对血小板聚集抑制作用也随之增加 （P<0 .0 5 ,P<0 .0 1）。每天喂养心脉宁 （6 g/kg）可使大鼠各项血液黏度指标明显降低 （P<0 .0 5或 P<0 .0 1）。不同浓度的心脉宁喂养组均与对照组血栓湿重有显著差异 （P<0 .0 1）。结论 :心脉宁可使血液黏度降低 ,对血小板聚集和血栓形成具有抑制作用。

Effect of xinmaining capsule on hemorrheology

AIM: To investigate the effect of xinmaining capsule on hemorrheological parameters, including platelet congregation, blood conglutination and thrombosis. METHODS: The platelet congregation percentage and platelet congregation restraining percentage in carotid blood were detected in 7 rabbits by using various concentration of xinmaining and at various time points after xinmaining administration. After gastric lavages with different concentrations of xinmaining, the blood conglutination in carotid blood was detected and thrombus weights formed on the silk threads in jugular veins were measured in 24 and 30 SD rats respectively. RESULTS: It was found that various concentrations of xinmaining restrained platelet congregation of rabbit. Restraining effect on platelet congregation increased when xinmaining concentration was increased(P<0.05 and P<0.01). Blood conglutination parameters markedly reduced when xinmaining(6 g/kg) was fed every day(P<0.05 and P<0.01). There was significant difference between the groups fed with different concentrations of xinmaining and the control group(P<0.01). CONCLUSION: Xinmaining can reduce blood conglutination and restrain platelet congregation and thrombosis.
