三种非典型抗精神病药物所致体重增加的对照研究

目的：比较非典型抗精神病药物氯氮平、利培酮、喹硫平对精神病患者体重的影响。方法：将42例首发精神分裂症患者随机分成3组，分别单用氯氮平、利培酮、喹硫平治疗8周进行临床观察。结果：氯氮平组体重明显增加，平均增重1．58kg，与治疗前差异有统计学意义。利培酮组和喹硫平组虽有体重增加趋势，但治疗前后差异无统计学意义。结论：氯氮平、利培酮、喹硫平均可引起患者体重的增加，但后两种药物对体重影响相对较轻。

A comparative study of new antipsychopathic drugs lead to gain weight

Objective:Tocompare clozapine and risperidon or guetiapine influence on body weight of schizophrenic patients.Methods:42 schizophrenic patients were divided into 3 groups,with treatment of clozapine,risperidone and quetiapine respectively for 8 weeks.Results:The clozapine's group gained body weight obviously after treatment average gain weight was 1.58kg.There was significan difference in the clozapine's group.However,risperidon or qutiapine's group tends to increase the body weight.But there was no significant difference after treatment.Conclusion:Clozapine leads to gain weight easily risperidone or quetiapine has a less influence on body weight than clozapine.The clinical doctor shoud pay attention to gain weight side effect on schizophrenic patient affter treatment.
