柠檬酸铝对温石棉致肺泡巨噬细胞酶释放的抑制作用

摘    要:用柠檬酸铝溶液于室温下浸泡茫崖或涞源温石棉一小时,观察了两种温石棉致肺泡巨噬细胞酶释放能力的改变。结果表明,示经柠檬酸铝处理的茫崖或涞源温石棉,均可致肺泡巨噬细胞释放乳酸脱氢酶及酸性磷酸酶,该作用存在时间及剂量依赖关系。经柠檬酸铝处理后,两种温石棉致细胞释放两种酶的能力,随柠檬酸铝剂量增加而逐渐降低。表明柠檬酸铝能抑制温石棉对肺泡巨噬细胞的损伤作用。这为预防温石棉的危害提供了重要信息。

Abstract:Effects of Mangai and Laiyuan Chrysotile fibres treated with aluminum citrate for l hour on enzyme release of alveolar macrophages were studied. The results demonstrated that both kinds of asbestos could induce LDH and ACP release in time. and dose dependent fashion. The effects of chrysotile fibres on enzyme release got weaker after they were treated with aluminum citrate, indicating aluminum citrate could inbihit chrysotile-induced cell injuries. This study provided important information for preventing asbestos relevant hazards.
