螺旋CT与传统CT在急性闭合性腹外伤中应用的对比分析

目的:比较螺旋CT与传统CT在急性闭合性腹外伤中的应用价值。材料与方法:回顾性地对比了78例闭合性腹外伤病例,其中45例行传统CT扫描,33例行螺旋CT扫描。结果:螺旋CT的正确诊断率为90.9％(30例/33例),而传统CT的正确诊断率仅为80％(36例/45例)。同传统CT比较,螺旋CT不仅正确诊断率较高,而且扫描时间较短,图像质量较好(p<0.05)。除此之外,螺旋CT特有的丰富的后处理功能对闭合性腹外伤的诊断亦非常重要。结论:螺旋CT在闭合性腹外伤的诊断中,明显地优于传统CT,因此,如条件许可,应尽量选用螺旋CT检查。

Comparison between Spiral CT and Conventional CT in the Diagnosis of Acute closed Abdominal Trauma

Purpose:To compare the applied value between spiral CT and conventional CT in the diagnosis of a-cute closed abdominal trauma. Materials and Methods: Seventy - eight patients with acute closed abdominal trauma, in whom 45 patients underwent conventional CT scans and 33 patients underwent spiral CT scans , were compared retrospectively. Results: The diagnostic accuracy of spiral CT was 90.9% (30/33 cases)while that of conventional CT was only 80% (36/45 cases). Comparison between both methods showed that the diagnostic accuracy was higher, the scanning time was shorter. and the imaging quality was better ( p < . 05) in spiral CT than in conventional CT, except these, specific post - processing functions for spiral CT were also very important for the diagnosis of closed abdominal trnuma. Conclusion: Spiral CT is significantly superior to conventional CT in the diagnosis of closed abdominal trauma, therefore,if conditions will be permissible,it should as possible as to adopt spiral CT.
