| 摘 要： | 目的探讨胎儿持续性枕横位、枕后位产妇的护理措施。方法对102例胎儿持续性枕横位、枕后位产妇实施＂转位三步法＂。潜伏期做好产妇的心理护理及有效的健康教育,让产妇尽量放松,避免加强宫缩,为手法旋转做准备; 活跃早期让产妇采取变换体位的方法,利用胎儿的重心作用使胎位得以旋转,使转位成功的可能性更大; 活跃晚期产妇宫口开大6cm以上,胎头达坐骨棘平面或以下时,予实施手法旋转。结果102例胎儿持续性枕横位枕后位产妇中有88例转位成功并自然分娩,14例转位失败,转位成功率86.3%。结论对胎儿持续性枕横位枕后位产妇实施＂转位三步法＂,能有效提高胎儿持续性枕横位枕后位产妇的自然分娩率,提高产科护理质量。
