老年患者主要死亡病因调查分析

目的 调查研究近十年我院老年住院患者的主要死亡病因构成及占总住院死亡的比例。方法收集我院１９８９年１月１日至１９９９年１月１日十年死亡病历资料，对６０岁以上１ ０４５例老年死亡病例进行死因构成统计分析。结果 老年病人死亡人数占同期住院总死亡人数的４５．５％，死亡病因前四位依次为恶性肿瘤，脑血管意外，感染性疾病，心血管疾病。死于此四类疾病者占年住院死亡人数的８９．９％。结论 恶性肿瘤是目前我院老年病

Analysis of causes of death in the aged padents.

Objective To investigate and research the causes of death, the composition and percentage of the aged patients in the totality of the dead patients in decade of late in our hospital. Methods The case history material from January 1st, 1989 to January 1st, 1999 in our hospital was collected.There were altogether 1045 casesof death in the over-sixty-year old and the composition of causes of death was analysed statistically. Results The death rate of the aged patients was 45 .5 % in the totality of the dead patients of corresponding period. In the causes of death malignant tumour, cerebrovascular accident, infective diseases and cardiovascular disease were the top four successively and those who die of the four diseases took up 89.9% of the dead aged patients. Conclusions For the present malignant tumouris the chief cause of death in the aged patients in our hospital. Cerebrovascular accident, infective diseases and cardiovasculiar diseaseremain common causes of death in the aged. And it is necessary to pay much attention to prevention,health care and early diagnosis and treatment.
