健脾止泻颗粒对脾虚泄泻小鼠肠道菌群和小肠粘膜的作用

目的　探讨健脾止泻颗粒对脾虚泄泻小鼠肠道菌群及小肠粘膜的作用。方法　用 10 0 %大黄水浸液复制小鼠脾虚泄泻模型 ,观察对小鼠肠道菌群的影响 ,通过电镜观察对小肠粘膜的修复作用。结果　健脾止泻颗粒对实验性脾虚泄泻小鼠的肠道菌群有调节作用 ,能使受损的小肠上皮细胞微绒毛明显改善。结论　健脾止泻颗粒可调节肠道微生态平衡 ,改善小肠吸收细胞微绒毛的结构而发挥治疗作用

Experimental Research on the Effects of Jianpizhixie Granules on the Intestinal Flora and Small Intestine Mucosa in Mice with Diarrhea of Splenic Deficiency Type

Objective To investigate the effects of Jianpizhixie Granules (JG) on the intestinal flora and small intestine mucosa in the mice with diarrhea of splenic deficiency type. Methods The mouse model of diarrhea of splenic deficiency type was induced with 100% liquid rhubarb water extract, and the effects of JG on the intestinal flora and the repair of small intestine mucosa were studied in the model with the transmission electron microscope. Results JG could regulate the intestinal flora in the mice with experimental diarrhea of splenic deficiency type and markedly reduce the injury of epithelial microvilli of the small intestine. Conclusion JG exerts its curative effects by regulating the balance of intestinal micro-ecology and improving the structure of microvilli of the absorptive cells of the small intestine.
