老年患者胸腔镜手术后早期活动的临床意义及可行性研究

目的探讨老年患者胸腔镜手术后早期活动的可行性及有效性。方法将53例老年胸腔镜患者按不同病区分为实验组及对照组,实验组患者麻醉清醒后即指导其活动,对照组患者术后常规护理。比较两组患者的呼吸、心率、血压、脉氧饱和度以及有效咳痰量、胸腔引流管留置时间和对干预措施的依从性。结果实验组患者术后早期护理干预后呼吸、心率、血压、脉氧饱和度及对干预措施的依从性无显著差异,但有效咳痰率、胸腔引流管留置时间差别显著,有统计学意义。结论老年患者胸腔镜手术后早期自理活动可减少胸腔引流管留置时间,提高有效咳痰率,且对呼吸、心率、血压、脉氧饱和度无明显影响,对于老年患者胸腔镜手术后是一项安全有效的护理措施。

The Feasibility Study of Early Exercise After Thoracoscope Surgery in Senile Patients

Objective To explore the feasibility and efficacy of early exercise after the thoracoscope surgery in senile patients.Methods A total of 53 patients undergoing thoracoscope surgery were randomly divided into a control group and a test group.In test group,patients were guided to exercise as soon as possible in the health education after recovering from the anesthesia;and in control group,the routine nursing were given to the patients.The patients′ breathing rate(BR),heart rate(HR) and the saturation of blood oxygen(SO2) were recorded.Postoperative pleural residual spaces rate,effective cough rate,the average days of chest drainage and the compliance with the nursing intervention were documented and compared.Results The patients′ breathing rate(BR),heart rate(HR),the saturation of blood oxygen(SO2) and the compliance with the nursing intervention between the two groups had no significant difference.But the postoperative effective cough rate and the average days of chest drainage between the two groups had significant difference.Conclusions The early exercise after the thoracoscope surgery in senile patients can reduce the postoperative the average days of chest drainage,improve the effective cough rate;and it has no influence on patients′ breathing rate(BR),heart rate(HR) and the saturation of blood oxygen(SO2).It is a safe and effective method in the nursing of senile patients after thoracoscope surgery.
