摘    要:目的 评价脉冲振荡 (IOS)肺功能检查法。方法 对 15 5例各种疾病患者同时测定IOS肺功能和通气肺功能 ,以FEV1分类 ,均数总结 ,自身对照。结果 IOS肺功能的Fres、X5、Rp、Zrs、R5、Cl,除与通气肺功能的变化程度一致外 ,还能反映气道阻塞部位及用于重症哮喘、重症COPD和严重呼衰患者的肺功能检查。结论 IOS肺功能为临床诊治带来了方法简便、数据可靠、病人易接受的肺功能检查新手段。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the examination method of pulmonary function with Impulse Oscillation System (IOS) . Methods Impulse oscillation system and ventilation were applied to detect the pulmonary function classified by FEVI in 155 cases, which were self-controlled design. Results The indexes, Fres, X5, Rp, Zrs, R5 and Cl of IOS, not only coincided with the Ventilation Pulmonary function but also reflected the site of airways obstruction. IOS was applied to detect pulmonary function in severe asthma, COPD and respiratory failure, too. Conclusions IOS pulmonary function is an easy, reliable and acceptable examination method for clinical practice.
