| 摘 要： | 目的:总结使用美罗华治疗B细胞非霍奇金氏淋巴瘤的临床护理要点。方法:护理67例美罗华联合方案治疗的B细胞淋巴瘤患者,观察其治疗效果以及不良反应,总结相应的临床护理措施。结果:67例患者中,CR 44例(65.7%),PR 17例(25.4%),总有效率91.0%。不良反应主要为:骨髓抑制1-2度50.7%、3-4度44.7%,2例出现荨麻疹,4例出现寒战、发热,2例出现血压下降。结论:美罗华联合方案治疗B细胞淋巴瘤效果显著并且安全,护理要点为严格掌握静脉滴注的速度,加强对过敏、畏冷、发热以及血液系统等不良反应的观察及护理。

| Abstract: | Objective:To summarize the key point of nursing for combined Rituximab chemotherapy for B cell non-hodgkin’s lymphoma(NHL).Methods: Total of 67 patients with B cell NHL received combined Rituximab chemotherapy,and were investigated the therapeutic and side-effect,explore the nursing measures.Results: Of 67 patients 44 patients(65.7%)achieved complete remission,17 patients(25.4%) achieved partial reission,with a response rate of 91.0%.Adverse reactions mainly included urticaria(2 patients),shiver and fever(4 patients),fall in blood pressure(2 patients),myelosuppression(gradeⅠ-Ⅱ,34 patients,50.7%;gradeⅢ-Ⅳ,34 patients,44.%).Conclusion: Combined Rituximab chemotherapy is highly effctive and safe for B cell NHL,the key point of nursing is handling the velocity of intravenously guttae;paying attention to the adverse reactions of allergic reactions,shiver,fever and myelosuppression. |
