充填式无张力疝修补术

目的　探讨疝环充填式无张力疝修补术的临床疗效。方法　采用美国Bard公司的聚丙烯锥形充填物及成型补片行疝修补术 5 4例。对手术方法、时间、伤口疼痛、并发症、复发率进行观察。结果　手术时间平均 39min ;术后 6h病人能下床活动 ;伤口轻微疼痛时间 2～ 3d。术后排尿困难 3例 ,伤口异物感 2例 ,无切口感染。 5 4例均无复发。结论　本法是一种符合人体解剖结构和疝的病理生理的手术方法 ,操作简便、损伤轻、恢复快 ,术后复发率低

Prosthesis of Filling No - tension Hernia

Objective To discuss the clinical curative effect of prosthesis of filling no-tension hernia. Methods 54 cases of such patients were treated with fillings and patch made in Bard Company. The operative methods, time, pain, complications and relapse rate were observed. Results The average time of operation was 39 min. And patient could get out of bed 6h after operation with slight pain for 2～3 days. There were 3 cases of difficulty of urination and 2 cases of feeling abnormal without incision infection and relapse. Conclusion This method might fit for anatomy and hernia pathology. It could be simple, rapid, less injury and with low relapse rate.
