| 摘 要： | 目的：建立消痔合剂中蒙花苷的测定方法。方法：采用高效液相色谱法。结果：蒙花苷在0．336-0．784μg范围内呈线性关系（r=0．9999），平均加样回收率为98．25％。结论：本法操作简便，结果准确，重现性好，可以控制消痔舍剂的质量。

| Abstract: | Objective： To establish the method for determination of the content of Linarin in Xiaozhi Mixtttre. Methods： HPLC method was used. Resucts ： The linear range of Linarin was 0.336 - 0.784ttg, r = 0.9999, The average recovery was 98.25 %. Conclusion ： The method is simple. The vesuh is accurate and the reproducibility is good and can be used as the quality control of Xiaozhi Mixture. |
