社区各类卫生技术人员管理知识培训需求研究

目的通过分析不同岗位社区卫生技术人员对社区卫生管理知识的培训需求,提出提高继续医学教育开展效果的针对性建议。方法调查不同岗位社区卫生技术人员近3年参加社区卫生管理知识培训情况、接受培训意愿,对培训方式、培训时间和培训基地级别等需求度开展现况调查。结果社区卫生技术人员对社区卫生管理知识培训需求积极性高;医护人员较其他岗位人员更高,其倾向于1～2周短期省级培训;防保和管理人员倾向于2～3周短期省级培训,同时期望参观考察。结论重视社区卫生技术人员的社区卫生管理继续教育培训刻不容缓,应该采取综合策略,确保培训有效实施。对不同岗位人员,学习内容和形式应有所区别。
