| 摘 要： | 目的：观察规范手法治疗第三腰椎横突综合征的临床疗效。方法：应用多中心、随机对照的方法纳入114例第三腰椎横突综合征患者,治疗组77例,对照组37例。治疗组采用规范手法配合功能锻炼治疗,对照组采用调制中频理疗仪配合功能锻炼治疗。分别于治疗前和第1次治疗后第14天对所有患者行JOA腰痛疾患评分和视觉模拟疼痛评分,计算治疗前后评分差值。并以JOA评分计算改善率进行总体疗效评定。结果：①治疗组治疗前后视觉模拟疼痛评分及JOA评分差值大于对照组（t=3.400,P=0.001;t=5.639,P=0.000）。②治疗组疗效优于对照组（Z=-6.895,P=0.000）。结论：规范手法治疗第三腰椎横突综合征的疗效优于调制中频理疗仪治疗,是治疗第三腰椎横突综合征的有效方法,值得临床学习与推广应用。
