| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨老年患者急性梗阻性化脓性胆管炎在内镜治疗中应用的价值。方法：收集并总结分析67例老年急性梗阻性化脓性胆管炎患者治疗前后的临床资料。结果：67例急性胆管炎患者中,54例考虑胆总管结石,13例考虑十二指肠壶腹部癌。有59例患者经内镜治疗成功。治疗后所患者临床症状明显改善。结论：老年急性梗阻性化脓性胆管炎经内镜治疗是一种快速、安全、有效的治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the clinical value of endoscopy for the treatment of old patients with acute obstructive suppurative cholangitis.Methods:67 cases of old patients with acute cholangitis,whose clinical data were collected and analysised before and post-therapy.Results:In all 67 cases of acute cholangitis patients,there are 54 with common bile duct stones,13 with duodenal ampullary cancer.59 patients were successfully treated by endoscopy.After treatment,the clinical symptoms improved significantly.Concl... |
