社区居民手足口病防治知识及态度调查分析

目的了解社区居民对手足口病的防治知识和态度,为开展手足口病的健康教育提供依据。方法运用自行设计的调查表,采用典型抽样方法和街头偶遇方式面对面匿名调查117名社区居民。结果被调查者绝大多听说过手足口病（84.62%）,未听说过的主要为中老年人。能正确完整回答手足口病传播途径的占29.30%,有5岁以下孩子的家长回答正确率高于没有孩子的居民（P〈0.01）。手足口病的防治知识来源主要为电视和报纸。能正确完整回答预防措施的仅占20.20%,在预防措施中最重视的是保持儿童个人卫生（83.84%）和注意饮食卫生（66.67%）,最易被忽略的措施是看护人员的个人卫生,仅为33.33%,其中主要是家中无5岁以下孩子的人更容易忽略。居民的就医行为中仅1/5的人会比较理性地根据孩子的病情选择医院。结论手足口病的高发人群5岁以下的儿童几无辨别疾病的能力,家长在手足口病的预防环节具有重要作用,也是早期识别重症的关键人物,但对手足口病的认识仍然不足,因此,给家长传播手足口病防治核心信息至关重要。
