| 摘 要： | 急性心力衰竭与高住院率和高死亡率相关,尽管在优化急性心力衰竭患者的药物管理方面取得了重大进展,但该疾病的个人和社会负担仍以衰弱症状和再次住院为特征,这使得通过综合干预的方法提高疗效和改善预后迫在眉睫。为急性心力衰竭患者住院期间提供早期心脏康复干预可能是临床治疗中的一种有益补充。

Advances in early cardiac rehabilitation during hospitalization in patients with acute heart failure |

| Abstract: | Acute heart failure is associated with high hospitalization rate and mortality, although patients with acute heart failure in medical management has made significant progress, but the personal and social burden of the disease is characterized by debilitating symptoms and hospital readmission. It is extremely urgent to improve the curative effect and the prognosis by using the method of comprehensive intervention for acute heart failure patients. The early cardiac rehabilitation during hospitalization in patients with acute heart failure may be a beneficial supplement of clinical treatment. |
