急性非粘连性小肠梗阻的诊断及手术时机探讨

目的探讨急性非粘连性小肠梗阻的诊断方法及手术时机。方法回顾分析我院于2000年1月至2007年10月共收治36例急性非粘连性小肠梗阻的临床资料。结果本组36例。均行手术治疗，治愈35例，1例死亡。除1例术后死于MODS外，其余病例均未发生术后腹腔内出血，腹腔感染及其它严重并发症。结论急性非粘连性小肠梗阻早期临床症状不典型，结合B超、CT检查可提高早期确诊率。一旦确诊或疑拟诊断，建议早期手术。

Study on the diagnosis and operative timing of acute non adhesive small intestinal obstruction

Objective To investigate the diagnosis and operative timing of acute non adhesive small intestinal obstruction. Methods From January 2001 to December 2007,the clinical data of 36 cases with acute non-adhesive small intestinal obstruction were analyzed retruspectively. Results The operations were performed in all cases. 35 cases were cured and 1 case died. Besides 1 case died from MODS after operation, no intraperitoneal bledding abdominal infection and other severe postoperative complications were found in this group. Conclusion The early clinical symptoms of acute non adhesive small intestinal obstruction are atypical,combined with ultrasonography and CT examination can improve early diagnostic. Once the diagnosis is clear or highly suspected, the early operation would be suggested.
