| 摘 要： | 目的 为控制大黄种子质量,制定大黄种子质量分级标准.方法 测定优良品种的药用大黄种子发芽率、千粒重、水分、净度等指标,制定分级标准.结果 大黄种子质量等级分为3个等级.结论 此方法制定的质量分级标准,可作为大黄种子的质量控制参考标准.

| Abstract: | Objective To establish quality classification criteria of Rheum officinale Baill.Seeds.Methods According to examination of different items(germination percentage,1 000-seed weight,purity degree,water content) of fine varieties seed,a grading standard of seed was set forth.Results The grading standard of seeds was described as the 1st,2nd and 3rd grades.Conclusion It is advised to be an index for seed quality control standards. |
