依那普利联合缬沙坦治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床观察

目的观察依那普利单用和与缬沙坦联用治疗慢性心力衰竭（CHF）的疗效和耐受性。方法选择115例CHF患者，NYHAⅡ～Ⅳ级，随机分为对照组（依那普利组55例）和治疗组（缬沙坦＋依那普利组60例）。观察治疗前后临床症状、体征、心功能（左室舒张末期内径和左室收缩末期内径和左室射血分数）及不良反应。结果治疗后2组NYHA级别均有改善，但依那普利加用缬沙坦组改变明显优于依那普利组（P〈0．05）。2组均出现不良反应，但程度比较轻。结论联用依那普利和缬沙坦治疗CHF的效果比单用依那普利好，耐受性良好。

Clinical Effects of Enalapril Combined with Valsartan for Chronic Heart Failure

Objective To evaluation the efficacy of enalapril alone and combined with valsartan in the treatment of congestive heart failure（CHF）, Methods 115 cases with CHF, NYHA class Ⅱ to Ⅳ, were randomly divided into control group（ enalapfil group, n = 55 ） and treatment group（ enalapril ＋ valsartan group, n = 60 ）. The treatment course lasted 4 weeks. The clinical symp- toms, physical sign, cardiac function and adverse reactions were observed. Results NYHA class in both groups was significantly improved after treatment. There was a significantly difference in effective rate between two groups（ P 〈 0.05 ） , enalapril ＋ valsartan group was better than enalapril group in improving heart composition and function（ P 〈 0.05 ）. There were adverse reactions in both groups, but the extent was relatively light in the treatment group. Conclusions The composition of enalapril and valsartan is orior to enalaoril alone in the treatment of CHF.
