舟山口岸出入境远洋劳务人员艾滋病健康教育前后行为学调查

〔目的〕对舟山口岸出入境远洋劳务人员的艾滋病相关行为现状及变化趋势进行调查监测,为对远洋劳务人员实施艾滋病的干预措施和效果评价提供相关信息和依据。〔方法〕在远洋劳务人员出国前以船为单位随机分为干预组和对照组,通过问卷调查获取他们在艾滋病相关行为方面的信息,并对干预组和对照组干预前后艾滋病暴露行为进行逐项比较。〔结果〕通过调查发现,干预组在接受健康教育和行为干预后,安全套使用率明显提高,性病感染率明显下降,刮面刀、牙刷分开使用等方面明显改善,干预组与对照组相比较,差异均呈显著性（P〈0.05）。在非婚性行为等其他方面干预后两组进行比较,差异均没有显著性（P〉0.05）。〔结论〕在远洋劳务人员出国前,对其进行健康教育和行为干预,有助于他们减少感染艾滋病的高危行为,提高自我保护意识,降低艾滋病感染的风险。

A Study on Effect of HIV/AIDS Health Education and Behavioral Interventions among Ocean-going Labors at Zhoushan Port

Objective To survey the current status of HIV/AIDS related behaviors in the ocean-going labors and HIV/AIDS epidemic trend at Zhoushan port,and to provide evidence for evaluating the effect of HIV/AIDS preventive intervention measures among this targeted population group. Method The fisherboats were randomly divided into two groups: study group and control group. A qustionnaire survey was conducted in the two groups to collect HIV/AIDS related knowledge and behaviors,and make comparison of the findings. Result It was found that there was an increased rate of using condom in the study group after intervention. Meanwhile,the infections of sexual transmitted diseases (STD) was decreased,and improvenment in reducing sharing razor and toothbrush was also observed in the study group in campairing to the control (P < 0.05). However,there was no significant difference in pre-marriage sexual intercourse between the two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion In terms of lower HIV/AIDS risk and increase people's awareness,it is of great significance to develop HIV/AIDS related health education and behavioral intervention in the ocean-going labors before they start the journey.
