丹槐银屑浓缩丸对豚鼠银屑病样模型病理改变的影响

目的:通过丹槐银屑浓缩丸对豚鼠耳部银屑病样病理改变[1]的实验研究,考察丹槐银屑浓缩丸对银屑病的治疗效果,并为对其治疗银屑病的进一步研究提供依据。方法:5%普萘洛尔乳剂外涂豚鼠耳背制备银屑病样病理改变模型,设置空白组、模型组、西药对照组、成药对照组及高、中、低剂量治疗组。光镜下观察各组豚鼠耳部皮肤病理变化。结果:丹槐银屑浓缩丸高、中、低剂量组Baker评分和炎症细胞浸润数出现不同程度下降,中、低剂量组效果更明显。结论:丹槐银屑浓缩丸可明显改善豚鼠耳部银屑病样模型的病理变化,且中、低剂量组效果优于高剂量组,说明效果并不呈现剂量依赖关系,其原理有待进一步研究。

Pathology Empirical Studying of DHYXNSW on Psorialsis-like Model of Guinea Pig

Objective：Empirical studying of pharmacodynamic action of DHYXNSW in order to support the clinical application of it.Methods：This study is aimed to observe the effet of DHYXNSW on pathological changes of guinea pig model＇s skin,through establishing two control groups of Methotrexate and FFQDJN and establishing high,medium and low dose groups of DHYXNSW to treating guinea pig of psoriasis-like model.Results： This study demonstrates that the therapeutic effects of medium,low dose group of DHYXNSW are as good as the Western medicine group and are better than the FFQDJN group in inhibiting the epidermal cell proliferation and promoting their differentiation,also inhibiting inflammatory cell infiltration.Conclusion：DHYXNSW have certain curative effect on Psoriasisiform-model.
