| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨单切口治疗上尿路移行细胞癌的可行性。方法:采用单切口联合尿道电切镜实施肾输尿管全长切除手术治疗26例肾盂及输尿管上段移行细胞癌。结果:26例患者手术顺利,平均手术时间68 min,输尿管袖套电切除时间平均9 min。随访无肿瘤复发和种植。结论:单切口治疗上尿路移行细胞癌能够减少手术创伤并缩短手术时间。

| Abstract: | Objective:To discuss the possibility of single-incision operation for upper urinary tract transitional cell carcinoma (TCC). Methods: We performed single-incision operation to treat 26 cases upper urinary tract TCC with transurethral resection. Results:Mean operation time was 68 minutes. Mean time for transurethral sleeve resection of the ureter was 9 minutes. No recurrence or plantation occurred. Conclusion: Single-incision operation for upper urinary tract TCC could shorten operation time and reduce operation trauma. |
