| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨老年人颌面部恶性肿瘤的临床特点。方法：分析39例老年人颌面部恶性肿瘤的发病特点、病理类型及治疗特点。结果：本组老年人颌面部恶性肿瘤以鳞状细胞癌多发。结论：对于老年人颌而部恶性肿瘤患者，应重视其生埋功能特点，加强围手术期的处珲，减少手术及化疗的并发症。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the characteristics of maxillofacia malignant tumor. Methods: 39 old patients with maxillofacial malignant tumor were analyzed according to their characteristics such as etiology, clinical pathology and treatment. Results: The squamous cell carcinoma was the most frequently occurred malignant tumor in 39 cases. Conclusions: The physical condition of aged patients should be paid more attention, the perioperation treatment must be practiced actively, and the complication of operation and chemiotherapy should be reduced. |
