蒺藜皂苷对大鼠脑缺血/再灌注损伤的保护作用

摘    要:目的 研究蒺藜皂苷 (TST)对大鼠脑缺血 /再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法 采用线栓法建立大鼠大脑中动脉局灶性脑缺血 /再灌注损伤模型,观察TST对脑缺血 /再灌注损伤大鼠的血清肌酸磷酸激酶 (CK)、乳酸脱氢酶 (LDH)和一氧化氮(NO)含量的影响,对脑组织匀浆液超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛 (MDA)含量的影响,并观察了对大鼠行为学和脑组织病理形态学的影响。结果 蒺藜皂苷大、中剂量能明显抑制脑缺血 /再灌注损伤后血清CK、LDH和NO的升高,并能明显提高SOD活性降低MDA的含量。同时能减轻大鼠的神经功能障碍,减轻脑组织的病理性损害。结论 蒺藜皂苷对大鼠脑缺血 /再灌注损伤具有保护作用。

Abstract:Aim To observe the protective effects of total saponi ns of tribulus (TST) on cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury in rats. Meth ods Rat cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury was induced by middle cer ebral artery occlusion .The neurological outcome was evaluated. CK, LDH and NO a ctivity in serum,SOD and MDA levels of cerebral tissue were measured. Re sults The levels of CK,LDH,NO,SOD and MDA in TST(30 mg·kg -1,1 0 mg·kg -1) groups were significantly lower than those in model group. The level of cellular and intercellular edema was reduced markly in the pathomorpho logy examination. The neurological deficits was decreased by TST.Conclus ion TST has protective effects on cerebral ischemia reperfusion injur y in rats.
