黄芪与丹参注射液联合治疗狼疮肾炎的临床观察

摘    要:目的 :观察黄芪与丹参注射液联合治疗狼疮肾炎的疗效。方法 :将 6 6例患者随机分为治疗组 34例和对照组 32例 ,两者均使用激素标准疗程和环磷酰胺冲击治疗 ,治疗组加黄芪和丹参注射液静脉滴注 ,对照组用潘生丁和复合维生素B治疗。结果 :治疗组有效率 94 .12 % ,对照组有效率 71.875 % (P <0 .0 5 ) ;治疗组复发率 8.82 % ,对照组复发率 2 8.13% (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :黄芪和丹参注射液联合静点治疗狼疮性肾炎可以降低激素和环磷酰胺的副作用 ,减少感染等并发症发生率 ,降低复发率

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the curative effect of milkvetch root and red sage root injection in patients with lupus nephritis.Methods:Sixty-six patients with lupus nephritis were treated with standard glucocorticoid therapy and cyclophsphamids(CTX)impact therapy.They were divided into therapy group(TG)and control group(control).The patients in TG were treated were treated with milkvetch root and the red sage root injection simultaneously,while the control group was treated with persantine and vitamin Bco.Results:The ratios of availability in TG and control group were significantly different(94.12% vvs 71.875%, P <0.05).However,the ratio of recurrence in TG was 8.82%,which was significantly lower than 28.13% of the control group( P <0.05).Conclusion:The milkvetch root and dan-shen root injection therapy can reduce the side-effect of glucocorticoid and CTX in patients with lupus nephritis.In addition,it can also reduce the ratio of infection and recurrence.
