| 摘 要： | 目的 通过家庭护理干预达到减少心脏瓣膜置换术后抗凝并发症，提高生存质量。方法 按患者就诊时间先后分为单号和双号，单号为对照组，双号为干预组，对照组和干预组各30例，对干预组进行家庭护理干预；对照组不施加干预。结果 干预组患者在规律服药、定期复查、自护技巧、预防并发症以及在心理领域、社会关系领域等生存质量等方面明显提高和改善（P〈0．05）。结论 家庭护理干预对减少心脏瓣膜置换术后患者抗凝并发症，促进康复，改善生存质量等方面有明显提高。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the role of home nursing in anti-coagulation after cardiac valve replacement.Methods 60 patients after cardiac valve replacement were divided into home nursing group and no home nursing group.Results Regular medicine intake,follow-up,self nursing,prevention of complication,mental health,social relation,etc.were much better in the home nursing group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of the home nursing of anti-coagulation after cardiac valve replacement is much better than the no home nurse group. |
