摘    要:为了提高海战中弹丸所致颅脑伤的疗效,选择较好的处理方法,本研究选用犬40条,随机分为两组,枪伤头部复制动物模型。行清创、引流和经不同途径抗生素的应用等处理。结果显示,两组的死亡率均为20%。早期的清创、有效地引流和选择不同途径的抗生素的应用是减少死亡率的关键。这一实验可为临床救治火器性颅脑伤提供参考依据。

Abstract:In order to enhance the therapeutic effect on craniocerebral bullet wounds on sea warfare and choose an appropriate treatment strategy. 40 dogs wonnded in head by bullets were randomly divided into two groups. The head-injured animals received the treatment with brain debridement, effective drainage and antibiotics by different ways . The results showed that was 20%. It is suggested that the therapentic measures mentioned above be the key strategy to reduce the fatality rate of the wounded animals . And it provide a clinical reference to treatment of firearm injury in head .
