| 摘 要： | 大鼠在异丙基肾上腺素损伤后(每千克大鼠体重异丙基肾上腺素用量为0.1mg,每24h腹腔注射一次,连续8次),其心肌线粒体中细胞色素氧化酶活力下降61.2％。当损伤的心肌线粒体中加入心磷脂及卵磷脂后,细胞色素氧化酶的活力随添加磷脂含量的增加而提高,当磷脂浓度达到一定程度后,酶活力可恢复到正常大鼠的水平。

| Abstract: | The mice heart was injured by isoproterenol when injecting isoproterenol with the content of 0. 1 mg per kilogram body weight per day. After 8 times,the myocardial mitochondria cy-tochrome oxidase activity decreased 61. 6% as compared with the control group. When cardi-olipin and phosphatidylcholine were added into the injured mitochondria solution ,the cytochrome oxidase activity recovered gradually with the increase of lipid amount and got to the level of normal activity. |
