经食管床手术处理颈段和上胸段食管癌

报告对57例食管颈段和上胸段癌经食管床进行手术治疗的体会，认为：该术式在提高手术切除率，减轻胸胃对心肺的压迫和理顺食物排空过程等方面显示出较好的临床效果，此外，全胃沿食管床上行的操作在减少切端癌残留和恢复纵隔的解剖关系方面都有益的，有临床推广价值。

Experience in the Operative Treatment of Carcinomes of Neck Esophagus and Upper Segment Esophagus by Way of Esophagus Bed

This paper reports the experience in the operative treatmeut of 57 cases with cacinomas in neck esophagus and upper thoracic segment esophagus by way of esophagus bed. This therapy showed good clinical effectiveness,such as the incress in the rate of surgical success,the decompression of heart and lungs caused by the stomach body and the normal evacuation of food. Raising the stomach up to the neck is effective in the total excision of focus and the restoration of mediastinum to the normal anatomical position.
