大豆提取物对实验性高脂血症家兔脂类代谢的调节作用

目的:探讨大豆提取物对脂质代谢的调节作用.方法:利用实验性高脂血症家兔模型,给予大豆提取物2.0ml/kg体重(每ml内含活性物质1000u,皂甙5mg和多糖10mg),10周后取血测定家兔血清TC、TG、LDL-c、HDL-c/TC比值、动粥指数(AI)、血清LPO、TXB2含量以及降低血浆比黏度并与对照组进行比较.结果:大豆提取物能显著降低实验性高脂血症家兔血清TC、TG和LDL-c水平,升高HDL-c/TC之比值,降低动粥指数(AI),降低血清LPO及TXB2含量以及降低血浆比黏度等.结论:大豆提取物具有良好的调脂、抗氧化、改善微循环、保护血管内皮及抗动脉粥样硬化(As)形成等作用,与阳性对照药烟酸肌醇酯相比较具有更明显的作用.

Effect of Soybean Eextracts on Lipid Metabolism in Experimental Hyperlipidemia Rabbits

Objective:To explore the effect of Soybean extracts on lipid metabolism in experimental hyperlipidemia rabbits.Method:Hyperlipidemia models were created by high fat diet feeding and divided randomly into the three groups of the high fat control group,the treatment group with Soybean extracts(2 0ml/kg BW)and the positive control group(Inositol Nicotinate).After ten weeks,the samples of each group of levels of the blood lipids by Spectrophotography,lipid peroxidation(LPO)by Fluorospectrophotometry and thromboxane B 2(TXB 2)by radioimmunoassay were determined.Result:Soybean extracts could significantly decrease the levels of the serum total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),and low density lipidpoprotein(LDL),elevate the rate of HDL c/TC,and decreased atherosclerosis index(AI),LPO and TXB 2,and the ratio of viscosity of plasm.Conclusion:Soybean extracts can regulate lipid,resist oxidation,improve microcirculation,protect the function of vascular endothelium and inhibit the formation of atherosclerosis.Compared with the positive control medicine,Soybean extracts is more effective.
