阿托伐他汀对充血性心力衰竭患者炎症反应的干预作用

目的观察阿托伐他汀充血性心力衰竭患者血清炎性细胞因子变化以及短期干预作用。方法将46例血浆胆固醇正常(<22mg/ml)的心力衰竭患者随机分为两组。常规治疗组,常规抗心衰治疗;阿托伐他汀组,常规抗心衰治疗基础上给予阿托伐他汀10mg/d。于治疗4周后采用ELISA法测定血浆肿瘤坏死因子-α(NF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、可溶性血管细胞粘附因子-1(sVCAM-1)。结果于治疗4周后,阿托伐他汀组血浆中TNF-α、IL-6、sVCAM-1明显低于常规治疗组(P<0.01)。结论阿托伐他汀可以降低血清胆固醇正常的充血性心力衰竭患者的机体炎症反应。

Effects of atorvastatin on inflammatory process in patients with congestive heart failure

Objective To investigate short-term treatment effects of atorvastatin on inflammatory process in patients with congestive heart failure （HF） and normal cholesterol levels. Methods The effect of 4-week atorvastatin treatment （10 mg/day） on inflammatory markers in patients with HF and cholesterol levels 〈220 mg/dl was investigated. Forty-six patients were randomly allocated into two groups：routine group received traditional treatmeng and atorvastatin group received atorvastatin （23 cases each group）. Serum levels of tumor necrosis factor alpha （TNF-α）, interleukin 6 （IL-6）, and soluble vascular cell adhesion molecule （sVCAM-1） were determined with ELISA. Results Levels of IL-6, TNF-α and sVCAM-1 were decreased in atorvastatin group but not in the routine group. Conclusion Atorvastatin may depress inflammatory process in patients with heart failure and normal baseline cholesterol levels.
