| 摘 要： | 运用ＰＹＬＬ指标和ＳＡＳ软件进行数据处理和统计分析，对上海市嘉定区居民１９８５￣９１８７年和１９９５￣１９９７年的主要死因进行分析。发现嘉定区全死因标化ＰＹＬＬ率１９９５￣１９９７年比１９８５￣１９８７年下降了３１．３５％。脑血管病的ＰＹＬＬ率由第６位上升到第３位。损伤与中毒及恶性肿瘤的ＰＹＬＬ占全死因的６０％以上。男性ＰＹＬＬ率高于女性。居民死亡年龄后移，平均寿命延长。
