电针对急性胰腺炎大鼠胃肠运动功能的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨电针治疗急性胰腺炎的作用机制。方法:健康成年雄性Wistar大鼠24只,随机分为模型组、电针组及对照组。模型组以腹腔注射雨蛙素制成胰腺炎模型;电针组在造模基础上实施电针“足三里”“天枢”;对照组同时间点按时注射生理盐水。检测胃排空率、小肠推进比、胰腺组织髓过氧化物酶、胰腺病理评分及血清淀粉酶等指标。结果:模型组胃排空及小肠推进比,较对照组明显降低(P〈0.05),电针组胃排空率及小肠推进比则较模型组显著提高(P〈0.05)。电针组的组织髓过氧化物酶水平、组织病理评分及血清淀粉酶水平亦较模型组显著降低(P〈0.05)。结论:电针可明显改善急性胰腺炎引起的胃肠道运动功能障碍并减轻胰腺病理损害。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To explore the mechanism of EA in treatment of acute pancreatitis. METHODS: Twenty-four healthy male Wistar rats were randomly divided into 3 groups, a control group, a model group and an EA group. In the model group, rat acute pancreatitis model was prearpared by intraperitoneal injection of Caerulein, and in the EA group, EA was given at "Zusanli" (ST 36) and "Tianshu" (ST 25) of the model rat. The gastric emptying rate, small intestinal impelling ratio, myeloperoxidase activity in the pancreas tissue, pathological score of the pancreas and serum amylase were detected. RESULTS: Compared with the control group, both the gastric emptying rate and the intestinal impelling ratio significantly decreased in the model group (P<0.05), and they significantly increased in the EA group compared with the model group (P<0.05). Myeloperoxidase activity in the pancreas tissue, pathological score of the pancreas and serum amylase activity significantly decreased in the EA group as compared with the model group (P<0.05). CONCLUSION: EA can significantly improve the disturbance of gastrointestinal motility induced by acute pancreatitis and relieve pathological damage of pancreas.
