摘    要:目的 探讨18F-FDG全身显像中心肌18F-FDG摄取的变化及其影响因素.方法 对72例分别患有肺癌、淋巴瘤、头颈部肿瘤以及结肠癌的患者均行3次或3次以上18F-FDG全身显像,以肉眼观察、分级和半定量分析的方法测定心肌18F-FDG的摄取.结果 72例患者不同次显像之间,心肌18F-FDG的摄取有差别.患者的年龄、性别、体质量与心肌18F-FDG摄取程度之间无明显相关性(P均>0.05);禁食时间均在5 h以上时,禁食时间长短与心肌18F-FDG浓聚程度之间也无明显的相关性.淋巴瘤患者心肌18F-FDG的摄取较其他组略高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而肺癌、头颈部肿瘤以及结肠癌各组之间差异无统计学意义.结论 同一受检者不同次检查之间心肌18F-FDG的摄取有差别.不同受检者的年龄、性别、体质量等对心肌18F-FDG的摄取几乎没有影响,而患者的基础疾病则可能是影响因素之一.

Abstract:Objective To explore the discrepancy and affecting factors of cardiac uptake on serial 18F-FDG imaging. Methods Whole body 18F-FDG imaging was performed on the 72 patients with cancer (including lung cancer, lymphoma, head and neck cancer and colon cancer), 3 times or more for each. Cardiac uptake of 18F-FDG was analyzed visually and semi-quantitatively. Results The discrepancy of cardiac uptake between the 18F-FDG imaging of each patient was revealed in all the cases. The cardiac activity was not associated statistically with age, gender, body mass of the patients, nor with the fasting time, 5 h at least. Mild increased uptake was detected in the patients with lymphoma than with lung cancer, head and neck cancer and colon cancer, while no difference was found between the latter three groups. Conclusion There is discrepancy of cardiac uptake on serial whole body 18F-FDG imaging. Age, gender and body mass of patients have little effect on cardiac uptake of 18F-FDG; however, the basic diseases may be one of the affecting factors.
