络石藤黄酮类化学成分研究

摘    要:目的对络石藤中的黄酮类化学成分进行分离鉴定。方法采用硅胶,Sephadex LH-20等柱色谱方法进行分离,光谱和化学方法进行结构鉴定。结果分离鉴定了5个黄酮,分别是:芹菜素(Ⅰ),4′,5,7-三羟基-3′-甲氧基黄酮(Ⅱ),槲皮苷(Ⅲ),大豆苷(Ⅳ),芹菜素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(V)。结论化合物Ⅱ,Ⅲ和Ⅳ为从络石属植物中首次分离。

Abstract:Aim To study the Methods The compounds were se flavonoids constituents of the stems & leaves of Trachelospermum Jasminoides. parated and purified by silica gel and their structures were identified by spectral and chemical method. and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography Results Five flavonoids were isolated and identified as apigenin( Ⅰ ), 4′ ,5,7-trihydroxy-3′-methoxyflavone ( Ⅱ ), quercitrin ( nin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (Ⅴ). Conclusion Compounds Ⅱ , Ⅲ and IV were (Ⅲ ), daidzin ( Ⅳ ) and apigeisolated from genus Trachelospermum for the first time.
