摘    要:目的 :研究急性肺损伤 (ALI)大鼠肺组织中水通道蛋白 1 (AQP1 )的表达变化 ,探讨心房利钠尿肽 (ANP)治疗急性肺损伤的可能机制 .方法 :复制ALI大鼠模型 ,将实验动物随机分为对照组 ,ALI模型组 ,ANP治疗组 .采用免疫组化方法检测各组大鼠肺组织中AQP1的表达变化 ,并测定各组大鼠动脉血气 ,肺湿 /干 (W/D)比值 ,同时进行肺组织病理染色 .结果 :与对照组相比ALI模型组AQP1的表达显著降低 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而ANP治疗组AQP1的表达显著高于ALI模型组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,同时ANP治疗组能使血气改善 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,W/D比值下降 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,肺组织损伤减轻 .结论 :ANP对急性肺损伤大鼠AQP1的表达调节可能是其治疗急性肺损伤的有效途径之一 .

Effect of ANP on expression of AQP1 in rats with acute injured lung
Abstract:AIM: To explore the mechanism of ANP in the treatment of acute lung injury in rats induced by oleic acid by studying changes of expression of AQP1. METHODS: ALI rat models were made by intravenous injection of oleic acid. Rats were randomly divided into three groups: Normal control group, ALI model group,ANP treatment group.Changes of AQP1 expression in the lungs of rats in each group were analyzed by immunohistochemistry. The blood air,lung wet/dry (W/D) weight ratio and pathological examination were demonstrated in each group. RESULTS: Compared with normal control group, AQP1 expression in ALI model group decreased significantly( P <0.05), while AQP1 expression in ANP treatment group was higher than that in ALI model group( P <0.05). ANP could improve the blood air level ( P <0.05), reduce the W/D weight ratio ( P <0.05) and relieve the lung injury. CONCLUSION: ANP may have beneficial effects on ALI by regulating AQP1 expression in the lungs of rats.
