| 摘 要： | 粘连性肠梗阻主要发生于腹部手术后的男性病人,阑尾炎术后引起占首位.手术指征:①阵发性腹部绞痛转变为持续性腹痛.②脉搏>100次/分,出现发热或早期休克或腹膜炎的体征.③腹部出现不对称性包块.④病人呕血或便血及腹腔血性液体.⑤腹部x线见胀大肠袢、假肿瘤征或咖啡豆征.⑥血磷升高及血清肌酸磷酸激酶升高.⑦腹腔内有固定的震水音.非手术方法:胃肠减压、回流洗肠、解痉镇静、纠正水电解质及酸碱平衡紊乱,加用抗生素.作者提出了小肠排列术的注意事项.

| Abstract: | Adhesive ileus mainly occurs in male patients having abdominal operation, and adhesive ileus following operation of appendicitis ranks the first. In this paper, the operation indications were analysed and non - operation methods discussed. The author suggested points for attention in plication of small intestine. |
