| 摘 要： | 妊娠恶阻为妊娠早期的常见病,相比于西医的对症、支持疗法,中医治疗妊娠恶阻方法颇多。通过文献整理研究,总结了中医临床上常用治疗妊娠恶阻的方法,包括中药口服、针刺、穴位注射、穴位贴敷、耳穴压豆等中医外治法。并将现代医家的治疗经验及临床实验进行汇总。经过大量临床实验研究,结果显示中医治疗妊娠恶阻临床疗效显著,且未见不良反应,值得推广使用。

| Abstract: | Hyperemesis gravidarum is a common disease in the early stage of pregnancy.Compared with the symptomatic and supportive therapy of Western medicine,traditional Chinese medicine has many methods to treat hyperemesis gravidarum.Through literature review and research,this paper summarizes the commonly used methods of treatment of hyperemesis gravidarum in traditional Chinese medicine,including oral Chinese medicine,acupuncture,acupoint injection,acupoint application,auricular point pressing and other external treatment methods of traditional Chinese medicine.The treatment experience and clinical experiment of modern doctors were summarized.After a large number of clinical experimental studies,the results show that traditional Chinese medicine treatment of hyperemesis gravidarum clinical efficacy is significant,and no adverse reactions,it is worth promoting the use. |
