| 摘 要： | 报道3例表现为单侧眼睑受累的肿胀性红斑狼疮.患者均为中年女性,均表现为单侧眼睑浸润性水肿性红斑片.皮损组织病理检查示真皮深浅层血管及附属器周围灶状淋巴细胞浸润,部分胶原纤维间少许黏蛋白沉积.

| Abstract: | Three cases with unilateral eyelid lupus tumidus are reported. Patients were middle-aged women who had infiltration erythema and edema on unilateral eyelid as the only manifestation. Pathological examination of lesions showed perivascular lymphocyte cell infiltration in deep and superficial layer of derma. Mucins deposition were found between some collagen fibers. |
