| 摘 要： | 白花蛇舌草具有清热解毒、活血止痛、利尿消肿的作用,主要用于临床上肿瘤的辅助治疗.肿瘤的发生通常伴随着信号通路的改变,白花蛇舌草可诱导信号通路改变以发挥抗癌作用.该文对近几年基于干预细胞通路对白花蛇舌草抗癌作用机制的研究情况加以综述,为该药材的进一步深入研究和临床应用提供参考.

| Abstract: | Baihuasheshecao(Hedyotis diffusa)has the effects of clearing heat and detoxifying,diuretic and detumescence,promoting blood circulation and relieving pain.It is mainly used as adjuvant therapy for many kinds of tumors in clinic.This paper reviews the research on the anti-cancer mechanism of hedyotis diffusa based on the intervention cell pathway in recent years.It provides a reference for further research and clinical application of this herb. |
