中医药疗法对膝骨关节炎相关因子影响研究进展

中医学认为膝关节骨性关节炎是与患者年龄、内伤成正相关,体质、身体质量指数(BMI)呈负相关的退行性膝关节疾病,主要病机为正虚邪盛;西医学认为是由于损伤、炎症、慢性劳损及各种细胞因子引起关节软骨退变、软骨下骨缺损,引起的一系列症状。目前中西医学仅能延缓该病引起的渐进性、不可逆性的关节软骨破坏,但长期的疼痛、关节功能受限极大地影响了患者的生活质量,而西药的不良反应、手术的高费用、不确切的临床疗效,显得中医特色辨证论治的疗法越来越突出,越来越受重视。该文从现代医学角度归纳了目前与膝骨关节炎发生、发展相关的确定性细胞因子,同时总结了中医药特色疗法对这些确定性细胞因子的影响。

Research Progress on the Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Therapy on Factors Related to Knee Osteoarthritis

According to traditional Chinese medicine,knee osteoarthritis is positively correlated with patients’age and internal injury.Constitution and BMI is negatively correlated with degenerative joint disease.The main pathogenesis is sufficient healthyasthenic and pathogenic Qi hyperactive.Western medicine believes that it is a series of symptoms caused by injury,inflammation,chronic strain and various cytokines that cause degeneration of articular cartilage and subchondral bone defect.The current Chinese and Western medicine can only delay the disease caused by the progressive destruction of articular cartilage,irreversibility,but long-term pain,joint function restricted greatly influenced the quality of life of patients,and the adverse reactions of western medicine,the high cost of operation,not the exact clinical curative effect,is characteristic of traditional Chinese medicine dialectical treatment therapy more and more prominent,more and more valued.In this paper,from the point of view of modern medicine,we summarized the definite cytokines related to the development of knee osteoarthritis,and summarized the influence of the characteristic therapy of traditional Chinese medicine on these definite cytokines.
