某岛礁医院康复医学科患者疾病谱分析

目的 研究和分析了某岛礁医院康复医学科患者疾病谱，以进一步针对性预防及治疗。方法 采用回顾性研究方法分析某岛礁医院康复医学科2018年6月1日至2020年7月31日接诊的所有官兵就诊情况。结果 康复医学科就诊官兵共计4775例次，排名前5位的病种分别是：腰痛、颈痛、肩痛、膝关节痛、踝关节扭伤；其中男性4703例次，排名前5位的病种分别是：腰痛、颈痛、肩痛、膝关节痛、踝关节扭伤；女性72例次，排名前5位的病种分别是：腰痛、颈痛、失眠、痛经、膝关节痛。 结论 某岛礁颈肩腰腿痛及关节病多发，与岛礁环境气候及工作训练强度大有关，可进一步加强预防训练伤及相关康复知识的健康宣教，改善医院的诊疗环境及岛礁生活环境，促进康复，降低发病率及就诊率。

Disease spectrum analysis of patients in Rehabilitation Medicine Department of an island hospital

Objective To study and analyze the spectrum of disease in rehabilitation medicine department of an island hospital for further targeted prevention and treatment. Methods A retrospective study was conducted to analyze the diagnosis of all officers and soldiers in rehabilitation medicine department of an island hospital on June 1, 2018 and July 31, 2020. Results There were 6,672 cases of officers and soldiers. The top 5 diseases were lower back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain, knee pain and ankle sprain. Among them, there were 6,578 cases in males, and the top 5 diseases were lower back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain, knee pain and ankle sprain. There were 94 female cases, and the top 5 diseases were lower back pain, neck pain, insomnia, dysmenorrhea and knee pain. Conclusion Neck, shoulder, back and leg pain and joint disease are common on an island,which is related to the environment and climate of the island and the intensity of work training. It?is?indicated?that can further strengthen the health education of prevention training and rehabilitation knowledge, improve the hospital''s treatment environment and living environment on the island, so as to promote rehabilitation, and reduce the incidence and consultation?rate.
