乳腺囊性增生病的钼靶X线表现及误诊分析

目的:探讨乳腺囊性增生病的钼靶X线表现,进一步提高该病的影像诊断水平,减少误诊。方法:对52例经手术病理证实或穿刺活检证实的乳腺囊性增生病的钼靶X线片进行回顾性分析。结果:52例中X线表现为片状影13例,肿块影11例,结节状影10例,钙化影7例,导管造影5例,局部密度增高影2例,误诊4例。结论:乳腺囊性增生病的钼靶X线分析,强调临床与影像的紧密结合,仔细分析本病的X线征像,可减少误诊发生。

Mammographic features and misdiagnosic analysis of breast cysitic hyperplasia

Objective To study mammographic features of breast cysitic hyperplasia,to improve the radiological diagnosis,decrease misdiagnosis.Methods 52 cases with breast cysitic hyperplasia of breast were retrospectively reviewed and analyzed.Results Among 52 patiens,13 cases showed patchy,11cases showed mass,10 casea showed nodular shadow,7 casea showed calcification,5 cases showed catheter imaging,2 cases showed local higher density of catheter imaging,4 cases showed misdiagnosic analysis.Conclusion Mammographic anaiysis of breast cysitic hyperplasia,The combination between palpation and radiology,Anaiysis mammographic features to decreasing misdiagnosis.
