现代医学生评价观念的转变

摘    要:现代教育评价的根本目的是促进学生的发展,现有评价体系与现代学生评价观念的要求存在一定的距离。教育部近期即将出台的“中国本科医学教育标准”提出的评价要求是现代医学生评价观念的具体反映,突显学生评价的发展性功能,强调改进与激励,重视综合评价,关注个体差异,注重质性评价和多元化评价方法,提倡自评与他评相结合。我们应该认真学习,深刻理解,明确认识,更新观念,从而真正达到评价的目的。

Abstract:The principal aim of modern education evaluation is to promote student's development.The current evaluating systems can't meet the requirements of thought modes in modern student's evaluation.The requirements of the standards in undergraduate medical education in China reflect the modes of thought of modern evaluation in medical students;demonstrate outstandingly developing function of student evaluation;emphasize the improvement and encouragement;pay attention to comprehensive assessment;care for individual differences;stress on the quality assessment and diverse assessment methods;advocate to combine self-assessment with peer-assessment.It should be earnestly studied and deeply understood,so we can change thought modes,reach the aims of evaluation.
