妊娠期补钙补铁预防妊娠高血压疾病发生的临床分析

目的:了解妊娠期同时补钙补铁对预防妊娠高血压疾病的发生的临床疗效。方法:对2009年11月至2010年11月在我院产科住院分娩的548例孕妇的资料进行回顾性分析,将孕中期开始补钙、补铁的300例孕妇作为A组,孕中期开始补钙而未补铁的118例孕妇作为B组,孕期末服用钙剂及铁剂130例孕妇作为C组,分析三组病例分娩前妊娠高血压疾病及贫血发生情况。结果:B组妊娠高血压疾病发生率明显高于A组(P<0.05),但明显低于C组(P<0.05)。B组贫血发生率明显高于A组(P<0.05),但与C组相比,两组贫血发生率无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:妊娠期补钙能降低高血压疾病发生率,妊娠期同时补钙补铁预防妊娠高血压疾病较单一补钙效果好。

Calcium and iron supplementation during pregnancy to prevent pregnancy-induced hypertension clinical analysis of disease

Objective:To understand the same time calcium supplementation during pregnancy to prevent the occurrence of hypertensive disorders of pregnancy clinical efficacy.Methods:From November 2009 to November 2010 in our hospital obstetric hospital delivery of 548 pregnant women were retrospectively analyzed the data,will begin the second trimester calcium,iron supplementation of 300 pregnant women as the A group,began to fill the second trimester Calcium 118 pregnant women without iron supplementation as group B,the end of taking calcium and iron during pregnancy of 130 cases of pregnant women as the C group,three cases of pregnancy before birth incidence of hypertension and anemia.Results:B group of hypertensive disorders of pregnancy were significantly higher than that of A group(P<0.05),but lower than C group(P<0.05).B group was significantly higher than that of anemia group A(P <0.05),but with the C group,the incidence of anemia in the two groups was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:The calcium during pregnancy can reduce the incidence of hypertension,while calcium supplementation during pregnancy to prevent hypertensive disorders of pregnancy compared with a single calcium effect.
