安宫黄体酮治疗早孕人流不全的疗效观察

目的:观察安宫黄体酮对人流不全的治疗效果。方法:2009年10月至2010年10月我院就诊的60例人流不全,且B超提示有少许蜕膜残留(面积<2cm2)的患者,随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组采用服安宫黄体酮10mg,每日1次,连服10天,同时加服中成药产复康颗粒。对照组采取行常规清宫术。结果:治愈者阴道出血时间观察组于治疗后(5±0.65)d,对照组于治疗后(3±0.33)d;治愈率观察组90%,对照组96.7%,两组比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:安宫黄体酮对人流术后有少许蜕膜残留的治疗效果好,避免了清宫术,减少手术并发症。

Clinical observation of medroxyprogesterone in the treatment for incomplete abortion of early pregnancy patients

Objective:To investigate the effect of medroxyprogestrone in treating incomplete abortion of vacuum aspiration patients.Methods:From Oct 2009 to Oct 2010,60 patients with incomplete abortion and little decidual residue(area<2cm2) by B ultrasonic examination in the hospital,were randomly divided into two groups:control group and observation group.The control group were treated with routine uterine curettage,and the observation group were given oral medroxyprogestrone 10mg/d×10d plus Chinese patent medicine Chanfukang Granules.Results:Vaginal bleeding time of cured patients was(5±0.65)d since receiving treatment in observation group,(3±0.33)d in control group;the recovery rate was 90% in observation group,was 96.7% in control group in which there was no significant difference between the two group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Medroxyprogesterone is effective in the treatment of little decidual residue after incomplete abortion patients,which avoid uterine curettage and decrease operative complications.
